If you want to buy a new present for a child then a doll pram is ideal pram as young kids love them. However if you don't have much money then you will obviously want to save a few quid.
In this situation you are best to try and;
- buy from auction sites like Ebay where lots of sellers mean a lower price.
- buy during sales, wait until the TV ads for the toy shopes start splurting about sales and off you pop.
- buy second hand from friends of family who have toys they no longer want.
